Construction Loan Application

Thank you for considering Bank of Canton for your Construction Loan financing needs.  We’re honored you’ve selected us as your financial partner.  In order to expedite your application, please gather all of the following forms and information (if applicable to your request):
 

1. A completed and signed application.
2. A completed and signed Personal Financial Statement.
3. A copy of your Purchase & Sales agreement if your lot is being purchased or copy of your Deed if your lot is owned.
4. Copies of signed personal Federal and State tax returns (including business schedules, if applicable) for the past two years.
5. Copies of your most recent bank and investment asset statements.
6. Copies of Purchase & Sales agreements for all pre-sold and re-habilitation properties.
7. Copy of all plans and specs (if available).
8. Copy of construction contracts or project budget.
9. A check payable to Bank of Canton to cover up-front processing costs.
