Bank of Canton Donates $5,000 to My Brother's Keeper

March 30, 2009 – Stephen P. Costello, President and CEO of Bank of Canton is pleased to announce the Bank’s recent donation of $5,000 to My Brother’s Keeper, a non-profit volunteer organization serving southeastern Massachusetts.

“Throughout the year, we deliver food and furniture to families in need. We also operate one of the most extensive Christmas programs in the area,” said My Brother’s Keeper Executive Director Erich Miller. “As a privately funded charity, we are so grateful for Bank of Canton’s support. It helps us to continue to serve countless struggling families.”

“At Bank of Canton, we take very seriously our commitment to our customers and community,” said Mr. Costello.  “I am pleased that we are able to provide support to My Brother’s Keeper so they can focus their energy on positively impacting the lives of their many constituents.”

My Brother’s Keeper delivers food, furniture and household items free of charge to those who seek assistance. There are no pre-requisites for service.
