Bank of Canton Hires Rose Silarais as Regional Lending Manager

May 17, 2009 – George DeMello, Senior Vice President of Residential Lending for Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce that Rose Silarais has joined the Bank’s residential lending team as Regional Lending Manager. With over 25 years of banking and mortgage experience, Ms. Silarais’ primary duties include originating residential mortgages and leveraging key relationships with local realtors.

Prior to joining Bank of Canton, Rose worked as a Mortgage Specialist at Salem Five Bank and Washington Mutual, and began her career in retail banking. Her experience includes a five-year stint as a real estate agent in Dedham, MA.

Ms. Silarais attended University of Massachusetts in Boston. She lives in Dedham with her husband Maris and enjoys spending time with their four wonderful children.
