Bank of Canton Hires Fariba Karbasi as Regional Lending Manager

May 22, 2009 – George DeMello, Senior Vice President of Residential Lending for Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce that Fariba (Fay) Karbasi has joined the Bank’s residential lending team as a Regional Lending Manager. Ms. Karbasi’s primary duties include planning and originating mortgage loans and developing and maintaining successful relationships with realtors.

Prior to joining Bank of Canton, Fay served as Senior Mortgage Banker at Atlantic Home Loan, and as a Senior Loan Officer at Flagstar Bank in Natick and Chase Bank in Waltham. She lives in Millis with her husband and their 2 children.

Ms. Karbasi earned her BA in finance from Suffolk University in Boston. She is fluent in Persian and is an active equestrian.
