Bank of Canton Donates $3,000 to Neighborhood Housing Services

July 15, 2009 – Stephen P. Costello, President and CEO of Bank of Canton, is pleased to announce the Bank’s recent donation of $2,500 to the Neighborhood Housing Services of the South Shore. This contribution helps support the organization’s mission of creating housing opportunities by educating and assisting first-time homebuyers to purchase their own homes. Bank of Canton made an additional $500 donation towards a recent Randolph Banking Collaborative seminar educating first-time homebuyers on how to sustain home ownership.

Neighborhood Housing Services of the South Shore is an approved Housing Council Agency and a partnership of residents, businesses, and local governments. The organization helps develop affordable housing for those in need and makes home rehabilitation loans available to first-time homebuyers.
